CONTEXT & CHALLENGE
Pinheiros decided to take its brand beyond the courts: a line of apparel and accessories for members and for the general public. The risk with every club collection is ending up as a souvenir shop, with the crest printed on a T-shirt. The challenge was to turn sporting tradition and a sense of belonging into lifestyle, positioning Pinheiros as a brand that carries history, identity and community.
And there was a practical problem: the launch date arrived before the pieces did. The collection was still being manufactured when the campaign needed to hit the street.
INSIGHT
Nobody goes to Pinheiros for just one reason. Some go for the sport, others for family, for friends, for stories built over generations. Whatever moves each person inside the club also becomes identity. And identity is something you wear.
CONCEPT
Veste o que te move (Wear what moves you).
A natural connection between fashion and behavior, in a contemporary, versatile and emotional tone. The concept doesn't sell the garment: it sells the bond it represents.
NAMING AND ARCHITECTURE
The line was born with two collections, and the contrast between them became the brand architecture.
Movimento (Movement) looks at the present: energy, routine, urban sport, active lifestyle. Pinheiros translated into a more current language.
Legado (Legacy) looks at tradition: heritage, sporting vintage, the classic club. The pride of being part of a journey spanning generations.
Together, they make up the Legado vs Movimento drop.

A FASHION CAMPAIGN WITHOUT A SINGLE FINISHED PIECE
No clothes, no shoot. The solution was to build the entire launch with generative artificial intelligence, treating AI not as a shortcut but as set, casting and camera.
Behind each image, a web: in Magnific's Spaces, hundreds of interlinked generations, with references for garment, setting, character and light crossing over until the right piece appeared, on the right body, in the right spot of the club.
The direction was the same as for a real editorial. The set was the club itself: corridors, courts and the crest mosaic, with motion, blur and the flow of people creating contrast with still characters at the center of the scene. Casting followed the concept, with Olympic and youth athletes, members of all ages, families, veterans and coaches. The rule was clear: avoid the fitness-ad look and land in an editorial, aspirational and human register. The hero pieces of both lines came to life before they left the factory.

To spark members' desire, the campaign rolled out into short videos, also generated and edited with AI, made for social media.
FROM DIGITAL TO THE CLUB
When the pieces arrived, the campaign left the screen and entered the club: sales stands at Pinheiros' traditional Festa Junina, digital support and a printed catalog with the whole collection. The line was opened to members and to the general public, with online sales.
